Primemach Inc, doing business as (DBA) Milepost CDL ("Milepost CDL," "we," "us," or "our"), is a CDL-A truck driver recruiting and placement agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you apply as a driver, we collect your name, phone number, email, and driving details you choose to give us (CDL class, endorsements, experience, trailer types, route and home-time preferences). If you contact us on behalf of a carrier, we collect your company name, work email, and hiring needs.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your application, contact you about your application and job opportunities with our recruiters, schedule interviews and appointments, and improve our service. We may contact you by phone, email, or, if you opted in, by text message.
How your information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not provide leads to third parties. We submit a driver's application to a specific carrier only after the driver tells us they want to apply for that job, and only the details needed for that application.
Mobile information & text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you opt in, Milepost CDL will send you text messages about your application. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Your choices & data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@milepostcdl.com. You can stop text messages by replying STOP.
